Ratna Ling hosts a community of teachers, students, resident volunteers, and friends of the Nyingma organization that are committed to practicing spirituality in everyday life.  Retreat stays at Ratna Ling offer our guests a window into a world where intentional and spiritual community living forms the basis of daily existence. The essential role of Ratna Ling’s community is highlighted by the fact that we are a non-profit operation, run solely by volunteer residents. All proceeds from our retreats go to support Ratna Ling’s mission of promoting education, healing, and spirituality in service of all humanity.  We wish to be a gateway for all people to the ancient wisdom of Tibetan Buddhism and, more specifically, to all the Nyingma organizations whose projects and activities work to preserve and transmit these teachings to the West.
